The existing 40,000sf Sears & Roebuck Department Store building was converted into a mixed-use development that included retail and restaurant space on the 1st floor, commercial office space on the mezzanine and 2nd floor, 9 loft style apartments on the 3rd floor, and a rooftop terrace with expansive views of the Detroit River. The prominent corner location in downtown Wyandotte provides two exposed sides along Biddle Avenue to the west and Maple Street to the south. A new elevator and stair tower addition was constructed on the north side of the building to provide barrier free access to all levels.
